1. Communicate with customers and understand customer requirements:
Product name, number of pieces, gross weight, box size, origin port, destination port, name, address, telephone number, freight payment method (prepayment/on-payment, DDU, DDP, EXWORK) and shipment time.
2. According to customer requirements, provide high-quality and low-priced freight comparison:
According to the characteristics of different airlines, direct/transfer flight requirements, first and second-trip aircraft cargo form and size requirements, customers are provided with different choices.
1. Determine transportation prices and service conditions with customers.
2. The airline bookes the class and indicates the flight assigned and special requirements, delivery method and arrival time in the WEL system.
3. Provide a warehouse entry diagram, indicating the key points: warehouse entry number, arrival time, delivery location, document delivery address, warehouse entry requirements, warehouse contact person and contact information.
1. The weight of the warehouse: The weight of the goods entering the warehouse is determined for customs declaration. If the data is too different, you need to confirm with the customer.
2. Bill of Lading Confirmation: Make a bill of lading confirmation the day before the flight takes off for the customer to confirm, and prepare a bill of lading according to the requirements of each airline.
3. Export customs declaration: The customs declaration clerk shall declare to the customs with the customs declaration documents and accompanying documents that have passed the review center.
4. Airline delivery: Arrive at the warehouse with release notes and other documents, and the goods enter the regulatory warehouse. And track the cargo security inspection and installation plate (box).
Send the bill of lading to the shipper. If the consignee on the main waybill is our overseas agent, and send a forecast to the overseas agent.

Contact our company to download the blank air shipping book, fill in the shipping book correctly in English and stamp it.
3. Delivery requirements
Please inform our salesperson in advance of delivery, including the quantity, weight, delivery company name and contact person, delivery location, etc.
When handing over the goods with our staff, please confirm the company name and goods information in person with our ground staff.

4. Yihang does not carry the following items:
Living animals and plants (or animal and plant products)—-Animal and plant quarantine certificate issued by the animal and plant quarantine station;
Narcotic drugs—Narcotics transportation certificates issued by the Ministry of Health’s Drug Administration;
Audio-visual products—Audio-visual products transportation and delivery certificates required by the Office of the Provincial Social and Cultural Management Committee;
Canned liquid and powdered items—-Proof of the nature of the items required by the manufacturer;
Seafood—Different seafood packaging boxes are needed in different places;
Items that are prohibited or restricted by the state.
5. For the overweight and oversized cargo, please inform us in advance to confirm with the airline whether it can be transferred normally.
